It's been
all over the news, the Maison Martin Margiela collaboration with H&M is so
close – you can nearly touch it. There are over 100 items to choose from. I kid
you not!
This
collection shows re-editions of MMM’s most influential garments in the industry
and of the 23 years of it’s founding. These iconic garments and accessories
derive from various seasons and all have a unique tag that indicates it’s originating
season.
Iconic
MMM traits include a play on shape and volume where masculine shapes are
adjusted for women. Oversized garments are a trademark of MMM. There are
several pieces in this collection including the trousers and peacoat, which are
to die for.
The
garments do speak for themselves, and I am so excited to see them on the
shelves! Those perpex heeled boots have caught my eye! I will definitely need a pair of those this winter!
The collection will be available on November 15th at 8am. I'm sure many of you will be lining up! (:
